All submitted image assets must meet the technical and aesthetic standards specified by DIG for FrameFlow projects. DIG reserves the right to review, evaluate, and reject any image assets that do not meet these expectations. Any imagery deemed unsuitable or failing to adhere to the required standards, such as quality, composition, lighting, or alignment with brand guidelines, may be rejected at DIG’s sole discretion.

By submitting image assets for the FrameFlow trial, you grant DIG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, distribute, and display the images for marketing, promotional, and internal purposes, including but not limited to, presentations, social media, website display, and advertisements. This license includes the right to make necessary alterations or enhancements to fit marketing or operational needs. The submitted images may be used in conjunction with other media, including video and animation, as part of FrameFlow's promotional demonstrations.

DIG reserves the right to reject any image assets at its discretion if the images fail to meet quality expectations or are otherwise deemed unsuitable for the intended purpose. Should an image be rejected, no further obligation will exist on DIG's part to use, display, or otherwise incorporate the assets into any FrameFlow marketing or operational content.

Submission of image assets as part of the FrameFlow trial does not entitle the submitter to any form of compensation, monetary or otherwise, unless expressly agreed in writing by DIG prior to the submission. This trial submission is for evaluation and demonstration purposes only.

Any proprietary or confidential information about FrameFlow or related DIG processes shared during this trial must not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from DIG. You acknowledge that all intellectual property relating to FrameFlow, including marketing materials created using submitted image assets, remains the property of DIG.

DIG reserves the right to use the trial image assets, whether accepted or rejected, for marketing purposes, including public demonstration, online advertising, and other promotional campaigns. You waive any claim for compensation or attribution associated with such use.

DIG reserves the right to terminate the FrameFlow trial at any time without prior notice. If the trial is terminated, all rights to use any submitted image assets, except those used for marketing purposes, will revert to the submitter.
